- Complimentary bottles of water upon arrival and before going to bed (delivered in a bag to your door, with sweets). Complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby during the winter season from 3 to 4:30 p.m.

- Spa Sans Sabots: fitness room, dry sauna, steam room, 2 massage rooms (one double and one single), outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor infinity pool (Summer: mid-June until mid-October, the pool is heated at 77 F or 25 C. Winter: mid-October until mid-June, the pool is not heated but the temperature is maintained at 60 F or 16 C to offer a thermal experience with the adjacent hot tub), body treatments with Babor products .

- Daily housekeeping service, unless otherwise notified, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. A staff member is specifically assigned to provide firewood for your suite.

-Parking: please ensure that you provide the physical key to your vehicle upon arrival. If your vehicle is electric, please inform us in advance.
-Ski valet service during the winter season shuttle to the mountain, upon request and convenient ski storage, with a heated boots system .
- Massage therapist offering massages at our spa or in the comfort of your suite nearby your fire place
