Because we are a boutique hotel with a small number of suites, cancellations affect our hotel significantly. As a result, we have a strict cancellation policy because a last-minute cancellation gives us little time to re-book the suite. Once you arrive at the hotel: in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made; the balance of your charges will be required when you leave.
Please note that a photo ID, corresponding to the credit card used to make your deposit, will be required upon check-in. The total payment for your stay, as well as a pre-authorization to cover additional costs for the stay, will be taken from your card. If you wish to pay with a different credit card, a refund can be made to the same card, only if the card is presented at the payment terminal (refunds by credit card cause a delay of 5 to 7 working days depending on your financial institution).
Debit cards are not accepted as a method of payment upon check-in.
Confidentiality:
All information required by the hotel are confidential and will only be consulted by the hotel staff. The hotel will not, under any circumstances, share any of our guests’ information, or use them to share publicity or promotions.
All year round (except during Holiday Seasons and for stays of 8 nights and more):
A one-night deposit, plus taxes, is required at time of booking.
-Your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is received 72 hours prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received within 72 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
With this rate, you enjoy a 10 % rebate on the Rate of the day, however, our cancellation policy is more stringent. A deposit equivalent to the entire stay is required at time of booking. If we receive a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Also, there is no possibility to transfer at an ulterior date.
A 4-night minimum is required between Dec. 21, 2024 to Jan. 3, 2025. A deposit equal to 50% of the entire cost of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The deposit will be refunded on a cancellation received up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received 29 days or less before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Once you arrive at the hotel: in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.
A deposit equal to 50% of the entire cost of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The deposit will be refunded for a cancellation received up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received 13 days or less before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Once you arrive at the hotel: in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.
