Cancellation Policies

Because we are a boutique hotel with a small number of suites, cancellations affect our hotel significantly. As a result, we have a strict cancellation policy because a last-minute cancellation gives us little time to re-book the suite.

A deposit equal to the first night plus taxes is required at all times upon reservation (except during the Ironman events, during the Holiday Season and for stays of 8 nights and more– see paragraphs below). Your deposit, less a $25 fee, will be reimbursed if the cancellation is received 7 days before your arrival date. A cancellation received 6 days or less before your arrival date will result in the loss of your deposit.

Lodging cancellation policies during Ironman 70.3:  Sunday June 22nd, 2014

Three nights minimum are required for a stay during June 20, 21st and 22nd, 2014

A deposit equal to 50% of the entire cost of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The deposit, less a fee of $25 per suite reserved, will be refunded if a cancellation is received up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received 13 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. Once you arrive at the hotel: in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.

Lodging cancellation policies: IRONMAN:  Sunday August 17th, 2014 & World Championship IRONMAN (Sunday, September 7th, 2014)

Four nights minimum are required for a stay during August 14-15-16 or 17th, 2014 & during 4-5-6 & 7 September 2014. A deposit equal to 50% of the entire cost of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The deposit, less a fee of $25 per suite reserved, will be refunded if a cancellation is received up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received 29 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. Once you arrive at the hotel: in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.

Holiday Season: December 26th , 2014, to January 4th, 2015

A deposit equal to 50% of the entire cost of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The deposit, less a fee of $25 per suite reserved, will be refunded on a cancellation received up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received 29 days or less before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Once you arrive at the hotel: in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.

Stays 8 nights or more

A deposit equal to 50% of the entire cost of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The deposit, less a fee of $25 per suite reserved, will be refunded on a cancellation received up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received 13 days or less before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Once you arrive at the hotel: in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.

Rates for additional persons:

  • 0-12 years: Upon request, a wooden baby crib, an extra twin bed can be installed. Sofa bed available in Executive, Executive Turret and Deluxe Suites, can be prepared free of charge.
  • 13 years and older: $50 + taxes per stay for an extra twin bed or for the use of the sofa bed (2 children can sleep comfortably).
  • Breakfasts;
    • 0-5 yrs: breakfasts are free of charge
    • 6-12 yrs: 50% off on breakfasts
    • 13 yrs and older: same rate as an adult
